Shipping Policy
United States Shipping:
All orders shipped within the United States will incur a $5 flat shipping fee if the customer is ordering just one print.
For each additional print added to the same order, there will be an additional shipping charge of $1.50.
International Shipping (UK, CAN, EUR):
We are working diligently to expand our shipping options to the UK, Canada, and Europe (EUR). Please stay tuned for updates as we plan to offer shipping to these regions soon.
Processing and Shipping Times:
Once your order is placed, it is sent to be processed and printed through one of our third party printing manufacturers.
Please allow 1-6 business days for order processing and printing before shipment. Utilizing a third-party print-on-demand printing facility, we eliminate overstock and cut back on wasted materials, keeping our entire printing process as low-waste and eco-friendly as possible. Prints and other goods are also shipped directly from the printing manufacturer to your doorstep, keeping the shipping process as smooth and low-waste as possible. Due to these factors, processing and printing times may be slightly longer than other sites (up to 6 days), but helps us keep a smaller carbon footprint.
Once shipped, orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking will allow you to monitor your order's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Return Policy
Made to Order
Every product sold by Deer Morgan is “made to order,” meaning it is specifically printed and processed just for you only after you have placed your order. This helps us stick to our key values of sustainability by preventing overstock. Accordingly, Deer Morgan does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders. If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at morgan@deermorgan.com and we’d be happy to help you with your order.
On rare occasions, an order may be damaged during the shipping process. If one or more of your products arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to morgan@deermorgan.com. In the rare occurrence that one or more product is materially damaged, Deer Morgan will replace the damaged product or refund the order, based on the individual situation and the customer’s preference, following a review of the photos submitted (“Damage Review”). If requesting a Damage Review, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following: 1) photos of damaged areas of products must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format; 2) photos of damage must be received by Deer Morgan within seventy-two (72) hours of customer receiving their order; 3) photos of the damage must have been taken immediately upon receiving the order, and the products must not have been hung, placed or otherwise installed prior to photos of the damage being taken; 4) a Damage Review requires a minimum of five (5) business days to complete, and Deer Morgan may elect to replace or refund the damaged product in its sole discretion; and 5) the delivery of a replacement product, if any, will be subject to then existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability and shipping timing.
