About the Designer
I’m Morgan Ibarra, an artist, designer, and illustrator, drawing constant inspiration from the world around me. My work is often influenced by vintage botanical illustrations, folk art, nature’s vibrant colors and textures, and eclectic decor, among other things. I hold a BFA in Art and Design from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a concentration in Graphic Design, and I’ve been working professionally in the field since 2020.

My work is rooted in hand-drawn illustrations that celebrate natural forms, native flora and fauna, and environmental consciousness. I’m passionate about creating thoughtful, high-quality artwork that stands out in a world dominated by quick, AI-generated solutions. I especially enjoy collaborating with clients who value authenticity, craftsmanship, and creativity.

In addition to my freelance design and illustration services, I offer a range of products including art prints, tote bags, greeting cards, stickers, and framed prints. I also take on custom artwork commissions and am open to wholesale opportunities. Each item reflects my commitment to sustainability, produced in small batches to minimize waste and ensure a personal touch.

How it Started
Deer Morgan was founded in 2019 as a project focusing on up-cycled, embroidered apparel and sustainable fashion. It evolved into Deer Morgan LLC in 2023, with a focus on art prints and creative goods. Sustainability has remained a key value as Deer Morgan has grown and stepped into the print world. To prevent overstock, DM operates on a small batch model, working with a printing manufacturer. This means that sometimes production and shipping times are a bit longer, but working this way ensures as little waste as possible and a printing experience that is personal to you.
